I saw some really nice invites in a store and I wanted to buy them and print them up myself. Is it or was worth all of the trouble. I am trying to save money but if is a lot of trouble I rather just pay to get them done. Please help. I am very creative so I have many ideas to dress them up and make them look really nice but I'm worried about printing them.

Re: For girls who have/had DIY invites
I designed mine and had them printed letterpress. Check my review for more info
Here is what they looked like:

Printing them was tad bit annoying because the paper was a little thick but it was horrible by any means.

Re: For girls who have/had DIY invites
The cost I was quoted by Kinkos to print them was more than what it cost for me to go buy a laser jet on sale so thats what I did. The only problem I ran into when printing them was printing the backside of the direction cards. It was difficult to get them back through the printer once they had been heated and curled. If I could have did both sides at once then it would have been no problem.
