For girsl who have a solitaire E ring (no sidestones or any diamonds on the band)
What kind of wedding band are you picking? My wedding isn't until April but I'm already starting to think about it. Here is an idea of what my e-ring looks like (it's the same exact band with a round center stone).
Should the wedding band match the E-ring? If so I would pick a plain platinum wedding band. Or should I do something with diamonds going around?

i think you really could do anything you want!!!! you can do a pave band, or a thick band, really anything...i would suggest going to all the stores...zales, kay, tiffanys etc to just try on and get idea and then order from wherever you want....that is what i did and i couldnt be happier!!! I have a solitaire e-ring and I'm either going to get a plain band or a half eternity band. I haven't actually tried on wedding bands yet, so I'll have to see what looks best with my e-ring.

I have a round stone in a band that is raised (like it does not lay flat) I used to want a solid band w. no diamonds but after trying on a few rings I think I am going to go with a prong set eternity band.

I have a round solitaire in a platinum band, no stones or side stones, and my wedding band is a white gold channel set with the stones halfway around.

I really like the 2nd band, but you have to be careful with bands with high set stones- they rub up against the e-rind band and scratch it. Both are really pretty- but i wouldnt pick a plain band to go with it.

fsil has a solitaire, and her wedding band is 5 stones that curves to fit her e-ring

My band has small diamonds going across the top its i guess half of a eternity band.

Well here are some other ideas I came up with:
The first one is the same width as my e-ring band. The second one is .3 mm thicker. Or should I just do a more simple wedding band?
I have the same type of engagement ring. I want a simple wedding bnd. I like the 2nd one.

This what I have, too. It looks very pretty paired together. You could also wear the band on your other hand if you fall in love with a band, but dont like how the two look together.

this is my e-ring & the three bands that we like the most. obviously there is a plain band, a channel setting band & a shared setting band. the channel setting i tried had 3/4 diamonds & the shared setting had the diamonds all the way around. i liked the ones with the round diamonds to match my solitaire. i think the shared setting band looked the best when i tried it on but FH decided that he will surprise me the day of the wedding.
the shared setting band is quite expensive & i will be happy with any of them.
