How did you label all of your stuff for your final meeting with the reception hall. How specific were you? Did you make a master list of everything you were giving them?

Yes I made a master list and then in the final meeting went over it in detail and my BM took very detailed notes in addition to my list. I placed everything in boxes that were also labeled. HTH!

same here.. i had a master list that explained what was in each box and where i wanted it, and on each box i taped a piece of paper that said what was in each box.. and the hall went over with me and took notes..

I handed over 2 giant boxes with our names and date/time. Inside each box was a master inventory list, and specific instructions for set-up, including diagrams.... a bit neurotic, but everything was set-up exactly as I envisioned

i just put my name & wedding date on everything...and if there were specific poems or frames for anything(ie: for the slipper basket, poloroid book etc.) i just wrote where i wanted them to go....then i just put them all in a big bin!

My Reception hall gave us a checklist but I gave them very, very specific outline of what I gave them and instructions for them. It worked out very well and they actually told me that they were very thankful for what I did. I guess you could never be too specific.
