Very easy take your marriage license and start at social security. Then go to the dmv. Once those are done you can go to the bank change your name and then you call cc companies and all other places to change your name.

i started with the DMV... then i went to my bank... when i got my new license i mailed it to SS... 2 weeks later i got my SS card

I've only changed my name at the Social Security office. I can't change my name on my license or passport until after my trips I booked are over.

I went to the Social Security Office. Then I took the paperwork they gave me showing I applied for a new card and went to the DMV. Then when I got my license and new SS card I went to the bank and changed my name on our accounts. I also had to wait until I got my new SS Card to get added on to the hubby's insurance. Once that took effect (like a week) I advised my job to remove me from our coverage. You have to be careful though if you are switching insurances. My job advised that I only had 30 days to get off our insurance and get switched to DHs or I would have had to wait until January!
