what does the SETpoints value mean? I notice that it changes the points value to higher if you click on it and not sure EXACTLY what it means?

For the SET number of points you can eat as much of that particular food in one sitting until you're satisfied.

It means you can eat as many potatos as you can in one sitting for 6 points...which means even though the potatos are 1 point each...you can have 10 for only 6 points.

Re: for my weight watchers girls

Basically its for a time where you go out and you aren't sure about a serving size or something.

You take the set points value of that thing (5 for lean proteins, 6 for starches, 2 for fruit) and you eat until you feel comfortable.

So lets say you went out to dinner and ordered a steak (no sauce or anything) and a baked potato (no sour cream, butter, etc). You would value the whole meal at 11 points and eat equally of both until you felt comfortable (not until you're busting at the seams )

I could probably explain it better...if you have more questions I can try and answer them...I should work for WW
