For Rojerono and anyone else curious...UPDATED.
I am still pregnant. Miserably. My due date is June 8, but NO ONE thinks I'll see June pregnant.
This week I hit the magical 37th week where I'm considered full term and this baby can get out!!!!!
I took today off from work because I have about 3 hours to spend at the doctor's office.
So I can be on later!!! ![]()
About a month ago, I saw the other dr. for the first time in my practice and he took one look at me and decided I was too small. He was actually stunned that I measured up properly. Well, he made me have a growth sono (to see how big the baby is) and turns out (duh) the baby IS small...by like a pound or about 2-3 weeks. Well, now I have to go get all these tests performed twice a week to be sure the baby is at least growing at the appropriate rate AND isn't stressed.
You know, cause it's so hard swimming around all day kicking and elbowing the woman feeding you.
My regular doctor is not as concerned and assured me things are fine, I just have small babies. My daughter was 1 week early but under 6 pounds. TINY. They are pretty sure this baby will be around the same size.
I've become miserable in the last couple of weeks...I waddle, i can't put my legs together like a lady, I can't sleep (haven't slept through the night in months), it hurts to laugh, sneeze, move...
Luckilly, spring arrived and i can wear sandals b/c my feet do not fit into my shoes! I might look tiny, but I feel like an elephant!
I need to go now so I can get ready for my wonderful tests!!!! I'll be back!
