For some STRANGE reason....

I seem to have started biting my finger nails!!!

Can this this be nerves????????????

It's probablly both.. They have a nail polish for that. You put the polish on and if you bite your nails it has a nasty taste. My sister used it and I'm pretty sure she got it at Eckerd or CVS. See if that works.

It may be a combo of stress and nerves. Im sure it will pass. Especially if its a newly formed habit!

yea sounds like Stress!! you better stop now... you dont want to have your hands looking like mittens in your photos!!! Put some gloves on and stop it!!
