For the 2 chicks who belong to Synergy in Massapequa
I really think its time for me to start working out.
I am nervous, i hate gyms and never follow through. I just gave my sister who literally had a baby 7 weeks ago all my old clothes, they were all way way to small for me and i have not worn them in forever. it was about 4000 worth of clothes, coats, dresses, maybe more, and its depressing i let myself go for so long.
So im hoping either of you can give me motivation to start going and to join!!!

My brother is a personal trainer there!! Iwas thinking of joining with FH.

if you join i suggest maybe hiring a personal trainer...i think it will be easier for you to go if you have to bc you have to meet your trainer, plus you have someone there helping you with the workouts ya know.

I go there. And the other Gina (jgl) goes there also. I go all different times. Usually during the week after work at around 4ish.

I go there too. I havent been in so long though. I am sooo bad. It would be cool to have someone to go with. It's good motivation. I think my mom may join too. FH belongs, but he works 2 jobs now and has no time. I usually go at lunch (12 or 1) or at night (after 4:30)

i train w/ the assistant manager jen...shes awesome. im not sure if shes taking on any more clients though, but it is a great gym.

My brother is Chris C. ( not to be confused with Chris the manager) He's a trainer there Mon-Fri....The rates for Synergy are very low andif you or FH is a police or fireman they give you both a great deal!!!!

They are $32/month. There is a startup fee of $100, but it varries. (they wanted more, but me. FH and my BIL joined at the same time so they lowered it)
