has used a David's Bridal and has/has a good experience with that particular location.. please let me know the branch/location.. I'm looking to stay in Nassau county...if possible..
I'm looking for inexpensive BM's dresses and I want no stress or hassles from DB... I've heard a few horror stories... and I want to refrain.. from punching out someone's teeth out & making a necklace out them...

The only David's Bridal on Long Island right now is the one in The Source Mall (they'll be putting on near Smithhaven). The DB experience can be a stressful one but try and go durning the week, but expect the girls helping you out to be running back and forth between other customers they are booked with. Ask for Malacia... she's GREAT! And DO NOT get your dresses altered there! Good luck and have fun with it!

I got my bridesmainds dresses in the David's Bridal at the Source in Carle Place. I had a so-so experience. It took a while to get someone to help us and the girls had to wait for another bridal party to be done trying on dresses before we could try them on. The price was right and the dresses were in the store within 2 months. The people who worked there were kinda rude and a little space cadety (if you know what I mean). I knew exactly what I wanted so I would try to go with a good idea of the style dress you want. If not you will have to look through the rows of dresses by yourself, don't expect too much help from the staff. Good Luck!
