she certainly has. she was a faithful wife to my uncle...he cheated on her, contracted HIV and unknowingly passed it along to her and she was pregnant...so 1 of the 3 children has HIV as well. she was still faithful to him and stood by his side til the day he died.

She spearheaded the MAC Viva Glam foundation where the proceeds go to AIDS and HIV research and then she started her own organization called SMART (sisterhood mobilized for Aids and HIV research and treatment)...she has travelled the world in her AIDS awareness efforts, attended MANY conferences around the world and been in magazines telling her story. All this while raising 3 children...caring after her own serious condition and her childs...she also battled breast cancer not too long ago.

when i say shes the strongest woman I know...I kid you not...this woman is a trooper. I can't imagine her succumbing to anything, so i really hope she will be ok.
