for the first time...I need your prayers

Just got a call that my aunt had a stroke. I damn near had a heart attack because this aunt is HIV positive so when they said she was in the hospital I thought the worst...and I have already been through that when my uncle passed away from AIDS. But so far from what I know its just a stroke and she has alot of shortness of breath. probrably going to go to the city to go see her in a little while.

and so ...in this crazy mess I found out my dad just got to new york. (he moved back here from puerto rico for good and just got here last night). it was supposed to be a surprise. what a way to find out that surprise. 'hey your aunts in the hospital and ur dad is on his way to see her...oh...yeah ...your father is in new york'

worried sick, please pray for my aunt...she has 3 kids and is the strongest woman I have ever known.

thanks guys! I'm sitting here waiting to find out what to do bc i don't think she wants anyone rushing over there and fussing over her just yet. I just keep thinking 'please, please, please don't let this be the first of the worst' watching my uncle die of AIDS was the worst thing I've ever experienced...that was almost 10 years ago and my aunt has been diagnosed for longer than that so we all know there may come a day when we get that phone call...but I just pray that this isn't it.
