i use to be a member but this time i dint sign up im just usinfg the boo n scale etc..

I went in person. I feel that If I actually have to weigh in in front of someone i will do better. I know that if I leave on me, I will cheat. I HAVE to loose 30 lbs for the wedding. ![]()

Online. In the long run it's cheaper.. and I don't have time to go to any meetings. Usually they are boring anyway.. no offense to anyone who likes them.

I agree, it holds you accountable. You feel much worse if you gain is someone else is watching.

I've been going at 8:00am on Tuesday mornings to get weighed, I haven't stayed for any of the meetings lately. When do you go?

I went Monday night at 6:45. I start student teaching next week so the mornings are out. Tuesday nights they have it in EI and thats not to bad, but I have my seminar, so thats out.

I'm thinking of doing Saturday mornings so that I don't have to squeeze it in before or after work and I can be a little bad on Sat. and Sun. and still have all week to make up for it before the next weigh in ![]()
