When did you get your digital picture through email or news that your box was going into production? I have a little over 2 weeks to go for my wedding and I havent heard anything?

2 weeks-10 days before...They will contact you if they have any questions when the designer starts working on it. You only get the picture email when it's finished and ready to be shipped to you. Any day now!

I'm getting married sat and they finally contacted me last Fri. It seems that my weekend is one of the most popular and they were behind schedule. So I got the pic fri and it shipped sat. They were AMAZING to work with and VERY professional, they admitted they were behind, refunded me the cost of shipping, gave me free embroidery on my wish box and had it overnighted to me at their cost! So don't worry they will contact you! :))) I am EXTREMELY happy with them!
