I dont know if you NEED one, I just happened to make one, but I doubt they would turn you away if you stopped by. I would call first though to make sure all the cars are there and Rich. I LOVE Rich!

I think it's better to have an appointment so this way the car is there. Sometimes they're out.

I sent them forum mail to find out when would be a good time to stop by b/c there were certain cars I wanted to see. Jennifer was awesome. She was really helpful, an super nice.
Met Rich the same day I went to check out the cars and he was great too.
Both Rich and Jennifer were really informative, patient, and professional.
