FH and I recently went there and thought it was amazing. We are looking to have our wedding in January with about 110 people or less.
Just wondering how many other Watermill brides are out there, what made you book, if they threw in any extras and how much per person (with tax & tip) everyone is paying.
I feel like they are giving me a good deal but then again its January so I'm not sure. Just wanted to get an idea of what everyone else went through booking with them.
Thanks!!!

Re: For the Watermill Brides
we almost bookd there, but didn't b/c i selected another place based on sentimental reasons. if it weren't for that, i'd be a watermill bride too! i thought the place was beautiful, i loved the flexibility with the outdoor or indoor ceremony/cocktail hour. the food was amazing (we got a little sample of the fresh mozzarella and some antipastos). the BM was very on top of the details and i felt everything would be taken care of, and nothing was too much for them to handle. it would have been a very stressfree day.
sigh...even today i'm still on the fence b/w the two but I chose milleridge cottage b/c i thought it was pretty, liked the natural light, grew up going to the restaurant with my family, and i liked the one wedding at a time bit. however i didn't find the BM as personable. Watermill really does seem to care and make things seem more personal. they're known as a bit of a wedding factory, but they make you feel like you are important to them and that definitely takes away the wedding factory feel! I'm sure milleridge will do a great job and i'm happy about my choice, it's a different feeling in terms of the staff though.
you will have a beautiful wedding with nothing to worry about and you will be treated like a queen from what i've heard!

I just loved the atmosphere!! They have been wonderful to me. My wedding is in 2 months and things are working out well with them. I have heard nothing but stellar reviews about their weddings. I can not wait till I have mine there!

Re: For the Watermill Brides
I got married there this past February, and it was AMAZING!! There was no one thing that I would change, and everything was perfect! Go for it! We also got a pretty good price. It is the off season, so it is not as expensive as getting married in the spring or summer!!! Everything was PERFECT!!!!!
