what kind of shoes are your girls getting? dyeables? I was hoping that the girls could get a shoe that they could wear again.....any suggestions of where to look?

I just asked them all to get a whatever brown shoe they wanted as long as they all agreed on open or closed toe and slingback or closed heel so there was some similarity (I had tea length dresses). They decided on closed toe slingback so I was happy, otherwise I'm sure nobody else was paying that much attn to the BM's shoes! : )

I just asked them to get brown/bronze shoes ...there are so many out there, it is easy. I've seen all of the shoes they got on their own, and they all got great stuff....
I used piperlime.com for my shoes and my daughters - they are AWESOME!
I asked my bms just NOT to get dyeables....last year I read a story on here somewhere where bms had red dyeables on, and it was a rainy day - one bm shoe must have been touching the brides dress in the limo on the way to the church, because when she got out of the limo....BIG RED STAIN ON THE FRONT OF HER GOWN!!! Dyeables run....and I don't want a big brown stain on my dress, thank you very much.....
just wanted to pass that story along, in case you were considering dyeables!

i wore dyables to my brother's wedding - it worked out great bc i had the shoes dyed blue for another wedding. brown for my brothers. black to just attend a wedding. - so i wore them three times, that is like a record for me! lol

i gave my girls the option of either a gold or bronze color shoe. i dont want the same color as the dress, i want the shoes to be a contrast with the dress.
