For Those doing Letternames for Place Cards at RH

This is probably a no-brainer, but in reading some reviews I noticed Brides who did the Names for Placecards instead of numbers (ie 'the Russia Tea Room' table instead of 'Table # 5') advised that the Waiters should be given the List of names PRIOR to the wedding day.

Apparently a few waiters took food orders during dinner and had trouble knowing who ordered what because all the tables had Names instead of numbers...

just thought I'd share because I'd forget about that detail completely!
