How are you personalizing them? Are you doing a brand name & putting a label on the other side of the bottle, no lable at all?
I'm so lost!

I know if you go to Pindar in Port Jeff they make the separate labels for you.

Re: For those doing personalized wine favors...
I got mine wine bottles from Duckwalk. I had labels made up from a local invitations store and Duckwalk put them on for me before wrapping the bottles. It wasn't too big of a label, and it went above the regular label.
I am doing personalized chamagne from www.specialty-wines.com and they stick a label on for you. Here is a pic of the wine bottle. I have the mail order thing at home, you can see the detail better.
I got bottles at Duckwalk vineyard. I think it looks nicer with the real bottle rather than personalized so people know what kind of wine you are giving them. I wrapped them in clear plastic and tied them with personalized ribbons.

Thanks so much! My friend works for Sutter & Home and can get us a discount on wine since we'd be ordering so much of it but she can't get the labels.
I was thinking of just putting a custom label on the other side of the bottle & adding a ribbon. I didn't know if that would look tacky though since its clearly no different than what you'd buy in a wine shop.

Or, another alternative is foregoing the label, and attaching tags to the ribbon.
I did the Sutter Home wines, as well, and created & attached the labels myself - then I will insert them into cellophane bags, and tie a ribbon on top - very time consuming.
