How are you giving them to the guests at the reception? Would the RH chill them and be in charge of giving them out? Thanks Kel

I going to have the RH put them on a table near the exit so guests can grab run as they leave the wedding......they'll have a bottle of water for the car ride home.

I want to give them out at the end of the reception since everyone will have been drinking & dancing and will more than likley be parched. I was gonna give a little to go snack with them too.

you might be able to have vallet guys put them in guests cars so when they get in there will be a lil gift for them....

I might be!
I was going to put them in the OOT bags at the hotel.
Just a note I like my water chilled, and if you use printer labels they will have to be chilled in the fridge, or the lables will run if put on ice

I was going to see if I could get waterproof labels so that wouldn't happen. I just need to see if the RH will chill them and how they would do that.

Since my wedding is in August I am going to have water bottles with personalized labels in white coolers or bins at the entrance of the cremony area at my RH. This was my dad's idea in case some guest arrive early... they can have cold water to cool off from the heat. RH is also going to also provide (free of charge) some snacks to go with the water because a lot of my guest will have a long drive to RH. Any left over bottles will be available after the wedding for the guest to take if they would like.
I am bringing the water to RH the night before during the rehersal dinner.
I am going to order my labels from ebay. they will be waterproof so they can be on ice.
