For those having ceremony and reception in the same place

are you getting limos? If not how are you getting to your reception hall?

I am staying at a hotel up the road from the Watermill but I am starting to get concerned about how me and the bridal party are actually going to get there. I can't picture fitting in a car very well.. Also can I even get a limo this late??

What is everyone else doing?

JenNeen - where do you plan on going afterwards? You could always change back into something and drive yourself, if you dont drink that much. I drove in my dress (because I forgot to bring clothes) In my convertible to the hotel. It was hysterical and dangerous. I could barely see the steering wheel etc LOL

I'm also getting married at the Watermill (10 days..so scary!) and decided to do a shuttle to/from the Islandia Marriott. FH & I are planning to hop right in at the end of the night with the guests.

It made more sense for us to shell out money to transport alot of people rather than only a few.

I am having the ceremony and reception in the same place too but we are getting limos.

My FH will be at his parents and the ushers will meet him there--so one limo is taking them all (his parents too) to the hall.

I am getting ready at my family's house with my BM and parents...and a limo is picking us up and taking us to the hall. No one is getting ready at the hall. I want pictures in my house.

I booked 1 day before my wedding. Long story but will share when I put my review up. We needed it just to take myself and the girls to the hall which was only 5 minutes away. I thought it would be good for pics but honestly I don't know if my photographer got any.
