for those having 'rice'/lavender throwing....

and are putting them in tulle circles, what kind of ribbon are you tying them with? organza? curling? what size? (1/4 inch width?)
I'm just trying to get an idea of whats good to use.

I used 1/2 inch organza...It worked well because I did not have to make a knot...I just tied it once and it looked so pretty and my guests won't have to fight with it to get it open.

i am using the small organza bags for the 'rice'. it is a perfect size for two scoops.

tracy, i never thought of throwing lavender. what a nice idea. I can't though, my church won't allow anything to be thrown Maybe I'll call and ask about lavendar. Although I know FH is going to think 'that's stupid'.
