For those of you having your ceremony at your hall
Original post by Jweb17
Are you having a RD (considering the real rehearsal will be the morning of the wedding)? And if you are, are you still calling it a 'RD' on the invitation you send out?
TIA!

We actually had a rehearsal the day before the wedding and then a dinner afterwards. We opted to do that instead of worrying about it the day of the wedding and it worked out nicely.

I believe it was Leslie who called it her 'non-rehearsal dinner.' Either way is fine!

We had an RD and rehearsed at the restaurant. My DOC came and we ran through the processional, etc. We didn't send out invites, just word of mouth!

We are not rehearsing, so we are having a 'meet and mingle' dinner. Some of our bridal party members have never met, and this will give everyone a chance to meet and mingle at least once before the wedding.

No we are not having one. We may have a bbq or go out to eat with just the bridal party the night before, but nothing official.
