For those of you that have experienced Braxton Hicks...

what was the estimated time there after you started Labor? Was it a month, 2 months a few weeks? I'm just about 8 months and started to experience them, just wondering if I should expect something sooner than I thought or not.

I got those in like Week 24 or so. I didnt' have Sophia until Week 35. (but she was induced).

My girlfriend's BH's came at week 22 and never left. They increasingly got worse as she progressed, and she did deliver 3 weeks early. They were intensifying about two weeks before her delivery,.

hmm, so interesting... (never know what the expect) I know everyone is different, but I'm curious to hear what the majority on this board has experienced. Thanks Jenny I've heard your experience and I've heard of your friends experience. One or the other, right???

I started getting mine around 30 weeks. Emma was born 5 days past EDD. Those fickle thing!

I started getting them around 20 wks and at 36, I have yet to have my baby! I noticed that they come a lot when I haven't drank enough or when I was stressed/upset in the beginning.

Now, I get them quite a bit, along with menstrual type cramping, so that is really fun!

Everyone is different though and some people have what they call a irritable uterus and get more BH than others.
