for those of you that ordered bm dresses online...

How did you get the sizes right? Did you have the girls get measured at a place? Will they do this if they know I am not ordering from them, or do I have to pretend?

lied at a bridal shop & had the girls try on the dress & get measured. then we matched up their measurements to the size chart to determine a size. the size charts are available on-line at the designer's websites or at the netbride website.

one BM told the shop she was not buying but just trying on, & they were quite mean to her.

Most of my BM are out of state so they went to a local place and said they needed to be measured for a wedding out of state, and the shops were very accomodating. You could have your BM say it's for a wedding out of town...
