for those of you using pedestals florist....

I booked them back in Sept with a $100 deposit. I called them once a couple of months ago to ask them a question, left a message on their machine, and never heard back from anyone. I have to now call to make my flower arrangements and am a little worried about how I will get treated. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that they are busy, that they didn't get the message... Are those of you who are using them finding them to be professional and courteous? I am just looking for some positive feedback on them!! Thanks!! Happy Easter everyone!!

I didn't book them, but my friend used them for her wedding last summer and she didn't have any problems. All of her flowers looked beautiful. Happy Easter to you too!

we booked them about a month ago and....

never had any problems. I know they are going through some remodeling, but any message I left always got answered right away. Perhaps the person you booked with didn't get the message or was misplaced. I would try them again. Who did you book with? I have Danny and can't say enough nice things about him. A friend of mine also used Pedestals and went through Danny and loved them. Her flowers were beautiful! Good luck!
