For those of you who are doing your own makeup for your wedding....
Try Sally Hansen's new 'Fast and Flawless Airbrush Makeup for all Skins' I just tried it and it is awesome! My skin looks perfect and I don't feel like I have a ton of makeup on! I don't know how long it lasts yet so I'll have to see that, but so far I LOVE it! Just thought I'd share.

thanks - i'm doing my own, too & need some foundation help. Need something that stays on and will not 'melt' if it is hot out!

I got it at KMart but I think you should be able to get it at any Genovese type place. It cost me 8.39

Thanks this is perfect... I don't have the money for a makeup artist... and I saw it in Walgreens, but was hesitant.. but I have to pick it up now. I have REALLY fare skin and I don't want to look orange... or too pale... Any other ideas for the really pale brides out there that wouldn't make me look like I have spacle on?
Thanks!.
ps.. all the foundations out there are too dark..even the lightest color...

spazybride04 I'm really really fair skinned. I love Almay skin stays clean in Buff (02) I started using a little darker color for the summer so I went up 2 shades. I was a little scared I would look like I was wearing a mask but it looks fine. Its not heavy at all on the skin.
Jan- Is the Air brush makeup hypo-allergenic? what colors does it come in?

I'm not sure what colors it comes in. I tried 'no color' but it is a color and it's darker than the little picture on there - just a warning. But there are other colors available.
It lasted ALL DAY even through the heat. And I mean from the morning until about 2:30 am!!! Definitely a winner - and I never felt like I had make up on!
Oh, and yes, it is hypo-allergenic.

One more thing. I didn't even need to put powder on at all. Not once the whole day - I didn't get shiny or anything.

Awesome!!! Sounds like a great find!!! I'm going to check it out this weekend!
For those w/ light pale skin- try the foundation, make sure to even it out on to your neck area even... and then cover w/ a paler powder. That should not make you look like you have a paste on

Have any of you tried color-stay by Revlon- I know their lightest color is pretty light- I am fair and have used the lightest shade (forget the name). I haven't used it in some time, but I remeber it staying on a very long time-
I am actually using this line of cosmetics that my mom found on one of the at home shopping networks. It's by Bare Escentuals. All of the make-up is mineral based and loose powder (even the foundation and concealer). This stuff is awesome IMO! It has great coverage- really nice, natural, and even colors, and is literally weightless. I feel like a sales person right now, but Ihave problem ski8n and this line has really done wonders fo me. Here is the link for anyone who is interested Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals
If you do a search there are a few places that carry it on the net- I actually replenished off of one of the sites I found.
oooh- I just saw on the website that Ulta now carries the line- I am excited!
