Did you guys book an MC & DJ combo? My FH and I met with a DJ last night and they kinda convinced us to get an MC with a DJ..Before last night we were just gonna go with the one DJ, now we decided we want an MC too. At first, my FH thought that having an MC might be to over bearing for some of the guests. Like we didn't want the MC trying to get my 80yr old g-ma up to dance if she didn't want to. But we thought that maybe we should have an MC to keep the party going, instead of just having the DJ behind the table.

both - but we made sure to see the MC in action (2 showcases and a video), just to make sure he wasn't at all 'annoying'

We are having both. But a good MC will not be 'annoying'.

We booked both. I was originally just going to go with a DJ.
