For those of you who booked...
your hotels:Are they allowing your guests to use AAA, AARP, or military discounts with your group rate??
Hilton girls-- were you able to get them to give you a discount on the suite if you get 20 rooms instead of 30??

I think you can only use one discount. They should check b/c sometimes the AAA discount can better.

I might use the Hilton Garden Inn in Ronkonkoma. If 10 or more rooms are booked, I get mine for free. The woman is great to work with there.

no, the group rate is better than the military rate for us....if the aaa rate or any other rate is the group rate, I am sure they can book under that...but you will not be able to use them together.Welcome New Vendors
