For those of you who have used OR are using SKYLINE ORCHESTRAS (tad bit long)

Hi ladies, I know there is not many of us out there, but I figured I'd throw my question on the boards and see if I get some type of response to help me!

I received a form last week from the band leader for Rhapsody (the band I'm using). It is a form for father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, special songs, favorite artists, etc.

Did anyone else get this? I'm confused because I thought I'd be sitting down and discussing my music likes/dislikes and stuff like that. Am I wrong about this? Is this all they get?

Sorry, my BIGGEST concern with my wedding is entertainment and it makes me nervous.

I know I could call them, but thought I'd take a shot here first. Thanks ladies!

Anyone else using a band who reads this and may have an answer to my question, it's greatly appreciated!

Sorry so long.

we are using Top Shelf. and we also got that form. we filled it out, then went to one of their showcases. That's where we sat and discussed all the details. and they have also called to finalize everything.

Both is good. This way your requests are in writing as well. Good luck.

Thanks ladies!

Browneyes - did you go over a song list or anything with Top Shelf? I guess hiring a band is not like hiring a DJ? I didn't realize it was going to be this different. I don't want them to play stuff I don't like
