Do you plan on selling your house in the future and upgrading?
Do you think it is possible with the cost of houses today?
I love my house, we are in a good school district. It's a house we can grow into, 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, LR, DR, Family room about 1800 sq feet. So we can stay and be totally fine.
But I really would like to move further East with a bigger piece of property, like an acre or so.
Is this in anyone's plans?

I plan to live in my home for about 5 years. I got an adjustable mortgage with plans to get a new home in 5 years. I would like to buy a newer home the next time around with more space and a pool, maybe not on LI next time around, we shall see.

We also bought our home as I guess a 'starter'-it is a 4 bedroom ranch which we converted into 3 bedroom (turned 1 of the br's into an office). We may either go up on the house in a few years but will probably end up selling it, hopefully making a profit since we did a lot to it, and buying a newer, bigger home (hopefully with my wraparound porch )
