For those that are having a DOC.....

What is some of the stuff you want her to take care of for you that day?


I have to start an on going list....

My top ones are:

-Make sure the Photographer takes all the pic's I want
-Make sure the Vendors are all doing their job
-Make sure I eat
-Most important, if a problem arises tell me when I get back from my honeymoon

I would like to make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be and when they are supposed to be there.
Make sure I eat is a good idea.
Make sure all of my details are set prior to the guests entering the reception room.
Making sure my vendors all show up
Takeing care of anything that arrises during the day.
KEEPING ME CALM (I am a nervous nelly)

To start:
make sure all of my vendors are confirmed and insurace is submitted to RH

FH & I are having pics taken at OWG before our ceremony so she is in charge of setting up a 'special' first time we see each other moment

Working with florist on setting up ceremony

Making sure dining room is set up within an hour (ceremony and dining room are the same-CH is downstairs)

Making sure place card holder table and cake table is set up

AND MOST OF ALL DEALING WITH ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE

ewwww I sound like bridezilla!

Make sure bride & groom get to eat - WE ARE TO BE SERVED DINNER FIRST (so we can do table visits while they eat)

Make sure bridal party flowers correct when delivered to hotel

In charge of Polaroid guestbook

distribute Programs

distribute cry packs

distribute rose petal cones

Make sure centerpieces are correct in the ballroom

Make sure favors, table cameras, menus are on table

in charge of aisle runner and rose petal display

transport ceremony items from hotel to hall (broom, rose petals for tossing and aisle)

distribute bouts & corsages (transport from hotel)

Collect table cameras at end of night

hold on to vendor tips/final payments

help with dove release & take care of final payment

Be sure to ask what time the DOC will arrive and how long they will be with you that day. Also, we are taking pics with the family & bridal party prior to the ceremony but not seeing each other so we want someone to be in charge of that - making sure we do not run into each other at the hall

I'm not having a DOC anymore, but my main, or top prority for my big day is make sure I get every pic I want. And if a problem does arrive let me know after its taken care of

Rosalie has done oodles of weddings haha i think she knows what i need done.. and i trust her...
she'll do her thing and keep me sane and away from any drama that pops up... when she did her inital DOC intro she covered everything under the sun and i was astonished by what she thought of... so i have no list for her.. she has her list and ill let her run with things
