This might seem silly ,but........For those using the wedding rice....I was planning on wrapping it in the tulle circles and tieing it with ribbon, Do you tie it in a bow so they can take out the rice easily, and did you use one scoop or two?

I am going to use one scoop. That seems like plenty to throw at me!! And I am actually wrapping a wire flower around the tulle this way they can slide it off and throw!! But I think a bow would do the trick too!
