How did you pick which one to stay at? They all look beautiful and there are too many to choose from. What attracted you to it and how did it meet expectations? Anything interesting to see on the island, too? Need advice cuz we are def. wanting to book with them! TIA

Re: For those who are/have been to Sandals.....??
We picked the grande at st. lucian, because we heard so many good things about it, one of my co-workers just went on there honeymoon there and I loved the pictures!! We were attracted to it because we wanted our own little pool to make it that much more romantic, and I hear the food is excellent! I'm not sure about any site seeing type places but I'm sure you could google that.. also with st. lucia, you have three islands to choose from, only a free bus ride away, this way you have more resturants, beachs, and bars to choose from! HTH!

Re: For those who are/have been to Sandals.....??
we picked bahamas b/c I wanted to do dolphin swimming and this activity was not available anywhere else based on the research I did.
I also hadn't heard the greatest things about the Jamaica resorts with rats and distance from airport, and not recommended to leave the resort.
If DH and I go back, we may choose St. Lucia since that was a major contender as well.
The Bahamas offered us things to do in town - shopping, Atantis, and the dolphin swimming, so we chose that resort.

We Chose the Regency in St. Lucia. I had already been to Jamaica, and we had heard so many things about how GORGOUS St. Lucia was....it's a very wealthy island with lots of mountainous rainforest, volcanos & such....the scenery is said to be similar to views of hawaii....needless to say, WE LOVED IT!!!!! We chose the Regency (there are three in St.Lucia) because it had the biggest selection of Restaurants and Nightlife(8 restaurants as opposed to the 3 or 4 at the others) along with fun bars & little nightclubs & such. We had also heard that the food was better as well and after going & hopping around a bit me & the hubby both agreed!!!!! During the day they all have their gorgous pools & beach (however the pools at the regency I thought were much bigger & they're newly renovated) ...the Grande & the Regency are so close that u can hop between the two. While we were there we found the Regency to have a little bit more of a younger crowd as well...perhaps because it's the newest and the largest of the three. ANYWAY, I'm sure I'm a bit parcial to the Regency since that's where we stayed, but whichever one you go to will be fabulous!!! How can u complain when you in all-inclusive luxury? Talk to your travel agent and I'm sure they'll explain all the differences and reccommendations.....that's what ours did :) GOOD LUCK!!!!

ps - the only drawback to st. lucia is that there's no dolphins :( but theres lots of really cool fish & HUGE sea turtles!
