What size cardstock for the menus?

and table numbers?

My menus were printed on 8 1/2' x 11' cardstock...portrait length and I bought 12' x 12' cardstock to back each menu. Each completed menu is about 5.5' x 11'

mine are 5x7. A lot of people are going with the skinny ones though
