i got my paper from paperandmore.com - it's great paper, I am gonna order some more!
As soon as FI puts my sample menu and programs on the computer i will post

go to staples and get the trifold program paper. it's cheap and it does the job.

Have you tried UPrint.com They have downloadable templates.
