For those who did votive place card holders...

what did the back of the votive look like? I am trying to figure out a way to cut the overlap so that you don't see it much. Can anyone post what the back of the votive holder looked like or suggest anything?

I don't have any pics, but I cut mine so that there was a very tiny overlap. Sorry - I know that's not much help!

That is great help... thanks! I managed to cut mine so there is only a slight overlap. Hopefully it will still look nice.

I wish I did mine,,I paid someone to do mine and they came HORRIBLE and messy!

If I would of done them, I know they would of been neater and I would of cut them so they overlapped a little and I would if used clear tape.....

We did water decals. No cutting, no taping, no vellum papaer.

I wish I had a pic !!!!

mine had a tiny overlap and i used double sided tape-they came out great!

me too! honestly, you don't even notice it when they are lit.

Mine had the smallest overlap. I actually used clear labels to attach them because I HATE double sided tape. I brought home a sheet of labels from work and cut them really really small and it worked GREAT!
