For those who have hit their 1 year mark...

Are you starting to get nervous? I don't know why, but I am...probably because we were engaged for soooooo long. I have no question about marrying FH at all. I am just taken back that it's going to be here so soon...this year is going to fly! All this planning and anticipation and it's going to be over so quickly!

I'm not nervous yet, but I'm starting to realize how quickly time will fly. I'm getting married right after school lets out, and since this will be my first year as a teacher the next ten months will pass by in a whirlwind!! I wanted to have more planning done at this point, but some other things got in the way, so I have a lot of work cut out for me in the coming months!

I am realizing how time is really flying!! We got engaged in jan '05 and it's been almost 8 months since then!!!! It really feels like last week that he proposed. Scary.

I getting nervous because I will be at the 10 month mark in a few weeks!!!

It is flying by....I feel like I just got engaged by I will have been engaged for one year in December

We are in the same boat although your engagement is even shorter! I was engaged on 6/19 and I wil be married on 4/29.

I am very excited, but there is still a lot to do and I am getting married...get this...during school! I will still be finishing clinic for the summer. I think that's what's making me nervous. School starts next week and this time is going to FLY! I think I am just nervous about the money...but who isn't?

Yes, totally! Yesterday was our 8 month mark. FH was talking about the wedding and saying it was 10 months away and I'm like, no honey, its 8 months, and he's !
I asked him if he was nervous about the wedding. I said I was because everyone is going to be staring at me all day, and we've spent so much money, I don't want anything to go wrong.
He said he's not nervous about the wedding, but about what comes after. I said about being married, and he said no, about having kids and stuff! I said WHAT?!?! Why are you thinking about that? Lets take one thing at a time here!

Yes...time really sems to be moving now! I used to feel like I had so much time to do everyhting and now I feel the opposite way. We've been engaged almost a year (September 6th) and the year really flew by!

I just want to let you know that its 9 months!!! I was reading this and I was like NO WAY is it 8 months, tell me I haven't been counting wrong (b/c i'm only 2 weeks after you)!! But, I counted over and over and its 9 months... I will hit 9 months on the 10th of sept. Now you have an extra month to plan! haha.

Not getting nervous at all! Tomorrow is my 7 month mark & I am getting very excited! Reality is starting to settle in though with the purchase of our new home & what not! Sometimes I feel myself pinching myself to see if this is all happening so quickly! I remember when we got engaged (4/10/04) & we set the wedding date, it seemed so far away! Now it is literally around the corner!

I think it is natural to get nervous though because you start to realize that you will be starting an entirely new chapter in your life in less then 1 year! Happy times but still scary!
