i invited 251 and had 191 (we had 195 up until 2 days before the wedding when 2 couples cancelled)

I think we invited about 210-215 and had just under 160.

Just a warning, don't invite more people than: a. your room can hold or b. you can afford. B/c there is always a chance everyone could come!
We invited less than 200 (152) and 127 guests came, that is only 25 people not coming!
i agree, we invited about 160 and had about 130
