For those who made WE DO letters..

Did you paint them? If so, what type of paint did you use? Thanks!!!!

I just bought mine today. I was thinking of slathering them with glue and laying them in glitter. But I noticed in the same aisle they had different colored paints you can use on wood.

I have the one's I made for my wedding if you would like them, I painted them silver w/ spray paint.

diva bride: I am a huge dork and I love to paint little wooden crap.. You can buy paint for that stuff at any craft store.. they have usually a whole aisle of little squeze bottles for less than 1$ each ( on sale) Much easier and neater than spray paint.

They are wooden letters that spell 'We DO'
I guess they get placed by the cake or the head table.

Thanks for the advice everyone.. one last question.. I just went to Michaels and got the letters.. but of course they didn't have a W.. so I have to search for one.. I am going to try and paint them first.. if I get too frustrated, I will spray paint them.. that's a great idea.. one last question.. how did you get them to stand up? THanks!!!

We Do letters go on the sweetheart table- they mean we do as in your vows, some girls have made a stand on the back like a picture frame, I dont know the detais though. If you do a search or maybe if someone can bump the thread- it was a popular discussion last august. I dont know how to bump.
