I just called to confirm delivery and they told me that there are 2 pieces they are waiting to come in. They are supposed to come in ON Dec. 12.(fri)
How good were they about their delivery?

they stink!!! sorry but its true we ordered a bed, mattress etc... it came in late
now I ordered a living room set and table, we were told two weeks before christmas, we would have it by christmas, the table is in but not the sofa! but the love seat is
they do this all the time

i didn't have any problems at all with them! guess it's a crap shoot! hopefully you have just as good experience as i did!

well that's good to know! lol
We scheduled delivery FOR 12/12 b/c at the time that we ordered it, they said that only 3 of 4 pieces would be in on 12/6, WELL after calling to confirm delivery for this Friday, and them saying that they weren't sure, I'm not sure what to think..
Luckily, it works out bc Carlos is starting to paint at my house tonight, so at least he has all day Friday if he needs it, you know?

I ordered a couch and loveseat a few years ago and didn't have any problems. They delivered the schedule day on time.

I ordered just a sofa.. the thing i liked was that if you ekpt calling the number they were able to give you an updated time which was good since Dh was leaviong work early and was able to stay a little later and pick me up from the train... much better than other places i have been to

I think I may have told you my horror stories with Macys.
My rug - they were way off - told me 2 weeks and then three weeks and a different story everytime I called. It finally came in about 4 months!
My living room came in about the time the said (which was 4-6 weeks) and then when I scheduled the delivery (that took a little bit because I could only do a weekend!) - they showed up like they should. Unfortunately for me, almost every piece had a defect and they damaged my floor! It took about 1.5-2 months after the delivery to square away the issues with what they sent and get replacements and hopefully on Monday the floor damage will be repaied and I am done with them!!!

We ordered our entire bedroom set (bed, dresser, mirror, airmoire, 2 night tables, etc.) from them and they came delivered on time, all pieces, no problems. We were very happy with everything.
