I just received an e-mail from someone who bought a playstation from us that we sold. Said that the packaging was poor on our part and the system arrived broken( exact words by buyer were I hear the plastic piece moving inside)...Now what do I do. I didnt offer shipping insurance so he didnt purchase...was sent fedex but he says that the box is intact so fedex won't do anything about it? I've never had something like this happen and I'm not sure what to do...do I offer him a refund?
THANKS!
P.s My day is going from bad to worse!!!!

Re: ? for those who sell stuff on e-bay
Call Fedex, first off. You need to make sure the box was received and that they won't reimburse you. They have automatic insurance I think.
Did you package the playstation correctly? Lots of bubble wrap and/or styrofoam peanuts? If you did, then stand firm on that.
Worse comes to worse and it is your fault, offer a refund if the buyer returns the item to you.
Good luck!

EBay is good with things like this. Contact Fed Ex, then Ebay, if they paid through PayPal, contact them too and file claims, claims, claims. Do this quickly! If you wait they wont help you. FM me if you have any questions. Good Luck! They are really good (Ebay) so you shouldn't have any trouble.
