Does someone bring you an outfit for the shower? Do you pick it out before hand?
I see many LIW in the pics change outfits from the jeans/casual outfit they walked in wearing.

ive been to a few who changed and the mom or moh brings the change of outfit..idk if im going to get that because im already looking for a nice dress for mine which will most likely be in june-july

my shower is not a surprise, but my friends was. She basically gave her sister/MOH a nice outfit months before the shower and her sister had it with herr day of the shower so she was able to change.

Ha i more or less figured out within a few weekends when my shower will be and i was thinking the same thing. Ill prob also make an hair appointment one of those weekends too and hope its all nicely blown out for the shower :)

I bought my entire outfite already (In my album under Inspirations)...Gave the outfit to my mom. I should figure out when it would be and I'll make sure I'll look pretty decent that day.

this! I think mine is in March, and my sister said that I will prob be dressed nice so they will probably trick me into thinking I have somewhere else to go

Mine was a surprise, but I was able to guess what day it was by how the items disappeared from my registry, to the invite for dinner at 2 in the afternoon. I just decided I would dress cute wherever I went.

We suprised my SIL with her shower. We actually had it in my brother and hers house. They left to go pick up their wedding bands from the city and when she opened the door when she got home there we all were. We actually scared the crap out of her! But it was awesome that she was so suprised! We didn't get an outfit for her and she was at her house and she didn't even think to go change. Think just from all the excitement. If your shower is a suprise, i wouldn't stress over what you're wearing.

LOL..FH spilled the beans about my shower which is this Sunday....i'm gonna wear jeans and a nice top because I don't want it to look like I knew!

Fh had to tell me when mine was but I had bought an outfit for my great grandma bday party which I wanted to wear for my shower. Fh made sure all the stuff I needed for the outfit was together in my room and my mom took it with her when she went to set up. I wore jeans and my fleece and played it off like I didn't know$

It depends....I know for my sister, we told her it was an engagement party for me and everyone was getting dressed up, so she was already dressed!
Other showers I've been to, its been the same idea. But the ones where the bride was not dressed up, she just stayed as it.
If there is a particular dress you picked out to wear to your shower, I would just hand it over (with shoes, etc) to your MOH or mom or whoever with the instructions to please bring it with her to the shower..wherever and whenever it is!

I already have my outfit picked out b/c knowing me i'll be in sweatpants or jeans and looking like a hot mess i have told my mom many times but when i think it is getting closer i am going to give my mom or one of my bridesmaids my dress so i don't know if it goes missing. HAHA! My sister likes to steal my clothes from time to time so i like to keep tabs on my clothes!
