Your invitation dealer should be able to provide you with cream colored tissue..definitely call them!

I had white & it it was fine, no one notices the tissue paper i think, they look at the invite itself.

I used white, invites were red and ivory. Looked just fine.

I totally didn't even think about this with my ivory and gold invites - and now I am surprised because I had been so anal all along making sure everything was ivory not white (although I did get a white cake and never found a ivory corset that worked with my dress!!!).
Honestly, I don't think it will matter but ask your invite lady - I would think she can work it out for you.
