For your menu at the reception...
We have a choice of either a salad and then a pasta and then the main meal...or something like that. Or we can do the combination....
Is anyone doing the combination or are you just doing a course after course meal??

We have a choice of a salad/app combination or separate courses too. I think we are going to do the combination, so there is more time for dancing.

We're doing the combo. We figured that there would be enough food at the CH that we didn't need to add an additional course.

We did app, salad, intermezzo then main course. After that we had peach melba, cake & choc fountain. We didn't do the pasta.

Same here - and the combo seems more like an 'upgrade', too, so it just looks nicer - and the time factor helps.
