foreclosure/bank repo homes in new york

Does anyone know websites to look at homes like this. that doesn't require a sign in or that they don't ask for info. so a realtor will contact you.

Great Question! I know you can see if some homes are being sold as part of a short sale on mlsli...but I don't know of anywhere els.e

They are located on main street in port jefferson - the owner is Dave Guzetta and he is a really nice guy. Not one of those hi pressure guys.

i always look on propertyshark.com. you can find homes that are for sale, as well as homes that recently sold so you can see comparitive prices.

also zillow.com has the same abilities as above but they also have something called make me move. where you can offer a bid on a house that you like.

or you can call a bank and ask for their foreclosure lists.
