Form name for basic state tax return?

What form do I need to fill out for my State tax? I did my Federal through E-File (over the phone). I have no idea. Thanks!

I have a package w/ an IT-200 that they sent me. Is that it? Theres no IT-201.

it-200 is the basic form, like the 1040 a, and it-201 is the more advanced form. It all depends on what type of income and deductions you have.

Thanks. I guess if they sent me IT-201 I will use that.

Maybe the IT-200 is for standard deductions and the IT-201 has itemized deductions? I don't know, I am mailing our IT-201 today.

Here si the link to the NYS website where you can answer a bunch of questions and they will tell you which form to file.
