I just created a monogram for our menu on Microsoft word, thanks to some LI Wedding help, and I can't seem to format it now, to sit nicely underneath my text. Each letter seems to be separate, which is making it very hard to cut/paste and then format. Do you have any other suggestions????? Thanks

Re: formatting a monogram
If I'm understanding your question...
Hold Shift while left-clicking each textbox, then right click and go to 'grouping,' then select 'group'
That should make it so that you can move all three boxes as one.
Let me know if it works

make sure you hold the SHIFT button down while you're left-clicking... and make sure they're all highlighted!

Re: formatting a monogram
and you're holding the shift the whole time? like, don't let go of it when you're clicking..... or you can hold CTRL and left click them....

Re: formatting a monogram
Thanks, but holding down shift and control don't seem to do anything. I can't seem to highlight all 3.
I can see the 'grouping' option, but it's not highlighted, so I can't choose it.
