So I got married in 6 of '07...still havent changed my name Now we are expecting and I have to change my name before the baby arrives! How do I do it! I live in Smithtown. Any advice of info would be oh so helpful. Thanks ladies and good luck with your weddings!

congrats! i went first to the social security office and then to the dmv. i'm now in the process of changing all credit cards, health insurance, etc. you can find your local office at ssa.gov.
