I registered at both Fortunoff and B,B&B. between the 2, I found that B,B&B has a much better return policy and customer service. not to mention all those awesome 20% off coupons.

I once waited on line at Fortunoff for 20 minutes to return a crystal vase then they gave me an attitude b/c the item was not on my registry. hello? that's why I'm returning it!

Fortunoff had quite a few items that we didn't find anywhere else. Our everyday china, a beautiful wall clock and a few other things. so I felt it was worth it to register at both places.

Thanks ladies! I'm going to do another search to see if BB&B has all the stuff I registered for from Fortunoffs and maybe I'll switch. Thanks for your help!

I have both.

The one great thing about the Fortunoff registry is that they email you when something is discontinued. I wish BB&B would do that.

Be careful. I registered at BBB also and when my aunt went to the Westbury store to purchase me a bundt pan that I wanted, they told her that it had to be special ordered. When I looked online later that day and tried to order it (just to see), they didn't tell me it had to be special ordered. They sent my aunt an e-mail 2 DAYS LATER. I love BBB but their service isn't the best either. Target is the only store that I've registered with that tells you from jump what they have available and what they don't.

that's so funny...i was just thinking of doing the same thing. most everything on my fortunoff registry is also available at bbb and i like their website better.

I have to say today was the first time I was really annoyed at Fortunoff..we went to the Wedding Survival thing...some of the things I scanned are NOT on my registry

I have to say that all those scanners are faulty, even at BB&B. There were sheet sets that never made it to my registry so when I went home that night to look at my registry with pictures, I had to go my memory and re-add the ones I wanted.

Now I just do it all online.
