Re: FORTUNOFF!!!!

Maybe the registry is down? Can you call and see if they can see anything on the computer in the store?

Re: FORTUNOFF!!!!

Thats weird.... when you went to return the scanner, did they give you a print out of your registry with items on it?

I was just going to ask the same thing. They checked ours for us before we left.

Re: FORTUNOFF!!!!

Some things weren't on the website but were on the printout and then the next day they were up, did you get the printout?

Re: FORTUNOFF!!!!

Well, since they gave you the print out with all the stuff on it, I would call just to ask whats up. Maybe it is a glitch on their site today. They gotta fix it somehow or they'll tell you to re-input the product numbers from the printout... i dunno.... yeah, call them.

Re: FORTUNOFF!!!!

Don't worry, that happened to me at one point, because their website went down for a bit. You shoudl call 1-800-fortunoff and ask them about it. They are VERY helpful. And if not, then the next time you're there, give the girls the printout and they will put everything back on for you. Good luck!!!

Re: FORTUNOFF!!!!

I think it might be a glitch. I tried checking on my registry as well, and couldn't click on any of the links for the items I placed on the registry. I think there may be an error on Fortunoff's part.
